- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes — up to 6 banked credits on Starter and 10 on Growth. Fresh monthly credits always arrive on top of the cap.
- I already bought reports — do they count toward a subscription?
- Yes. Standard and Deep-Dive reports delivered in the last 60 days credit in full toward your first subscription invoice, applied automatically at checkout. Premium reports and 10-packs don't bridge.
- What do subscribers pay for extra reports?
- Active subscribers order additional Standard reports at $499 (vs $750) and Deep-Dives at $1,500, or spend credits.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual); cancel from the billing portal and access runs through the paid period.
- How fast is delivery?
- Standard reports are delivered within 30 minutes of payment. Deep-Dive reports are typically delivered within 4 hours. Premium consultations include a discovery call before generation begins.
- What if I don't have the contract?
- No problem — we'll source the provider landscape ourselves. If the contract is critical to the analysis we'll let you know up front.
- Do you replace a full telecom audit?
- For most acquisition diligence and renewal decisions, yes. For deep regulatory or franchise-level disputes, our Deep-Dive deliverable is a strong starting point that can hand off to specialized counsel; legal review is available with Premium as an add-on.
- Can I expense it?
- Yes. We invoice via standard NET 30 terms (Premium and Platform) or accept card payment at checkout (Standard, Deep-Dive).
- What happens if a generation fails?
